Egg was felted with white merino wool and red thread by Laurie Whitehill-Chong. Sara Press is a book artist based in Sebastopol, CA. She chooses topics that mirror the complexity and beauty of our human adventure within the natural world. Her work can be found in many collections, including the Library of Congress, National Portrait Gallery, Corcoran Library, Boston Museum of Fine Art, Harvard, Yale, and Stanford. She studied Comparative Religion at Columbia University and received her M.F.A. from the San Francisco Art Institute in Printmaking and Photography. |
