“I wanted to create a poem book and the first step was to select a poem that evoked images with possibilities. Tyger captured my imagination and words like fire, framing and symmetry led to the bright orange, the circles and dark forest and night, all focused on the tiger. I felt the tunnel book structure would convey the feeling of this poem most effectively.”
