The binding allows the pieces to be juxtaposed, separate and bound together at the same time. The book is printed on Canson Mix Media paper with archival pigment inks. The typeface is Gill Sans Light. Printed and bound by Green Stick Press (Jeff Nilan’s press), Delaware, Ohio.
